I have this volt package with connected O2 mobile. How do I get a pod to improve the poor signal in my kitchen?
I did a scan on the Virgin connect app and expected it to link me to ordering one. I am entitled to 3 apparently, so it says on my package page
Virgin media don't make it easy for us old people. I tried WhatsApp conversation but no one available at 4.30pm on a Monday.

You can also call the direct number 0800 064 3850 to order a pod (they will only send out one at a time, and there must be an interval of at least one week before a second order will be accepted)
They are free if you are on the Gig1 package, or Ultimate Oomph, or on a Volt bundle, however if you are on any other package then they £8 a month.

Thanks for that, I do appreciate your help but sadly I have done both those suggestions and have still not been able to order a pod.
They are able to detail what I can have, including 3 pods, with my account so I feel a simple link to order should be possible. Not there, the phone number eventually turned to a what's app message which eventually said no one available.
So if a virgin media person could sort a pod for me please do

Thanks to all, now resolved by phoning and waiting 20 minutes to speak to a person who eventually agreed to send first pod.
Given 3 of these pods are part of the package I pay for I wonder why they are so difficult to get hold of? No need to answer as no longer my problem!
