Wi-Fi pods

Hi, it says I’m eligible for Wi-Fi pods as a volt customer but I never got any.. how do I go about getting some? I have a black spot upstairs and want to improve connection up there.

You can also call the direct number 0800 064 3850 to order a pod (they will only send out one at a time, and there must be an interval of at least one week before a second order will be accepted)

They are free if you are on the Gig1 package, or Ultimate Oomph, or on a Volt bundle, however if you are on any other package then they £8  a month.

if we click to add that will it put into a new contract? i to am eligable via volt but not sure it if meant i had to take a new contract

Since you are on a Volt package it won't start a new contract.

I have tried the way you say, but when i click wifi max it asks me what i want to upgrade and wont let me do anything else. My account has the volt activated but no way to activate wifi max it seems for me

Hi Simon4862, welcome to the community! Thank you for posting. 

As you say, you should be eligible for Wi-Fi pods as part of your VOLT package. Were you able to try ordering the pods via the Connect app?
