I have tried to add the mobile for your what's app help but the number don't come up in my what's app can you help me please

Hi The1Chewbacca, thanks for your first post on our help forums and welcome to the VM community.

We're sorry to hear of the issues with our WhatsApp support group when you're trying to message our team there, can you please tell us if you add the number on your contacts list and make sure +44 is added at the front of the number too?

Does the name & number come up on your list on WhatsApp when you search your contacts so you can send a message?

Let us know if you've managed to get in touch since your post on Saturday and what you're looking to get help with so we can advise more.
