I signed up for the VOLT free upgrades back on the 3rd of October. My O2 mobile had the double data upgrade within a few days but I have yet to hear anything from VM regarding my broadband upgrade. I believe it should have happened within 14 days. Can anyone shed any light on my issue please.

I am so sorry to hear that you are still waiting on your broadband speed boost following an upgrade to Volt.
Your Volt benefits should be applied on both sides within 14 days of opting into receiving them. However, you would only get a broadband speed boost if the next speed tier is available in your area.
What speeds were you initially subscribed to?
Can you confirm the address on both accounts is the same?

I have had both VM and O2 accounts at my current address for as long as I can remember, years 🙂
I started with the initial 512k Telewest package and have moved up to my current VM M350 package
I believe both 500Mb and 1 Gig packages are available in my area, BS32
