I have had virgin media and O2 in my household for many years but there was an error on my wife's o2 address so we have not had volt activated. I have now updated the address on o2, a week later her sim had its data doubled but still nothing has happened on our Virgin Media broadband. Could someone please PM me to have a look at this. Thanks

I had similar, O2 doubled, Broadband didn't change... I got in touch with on the phone, they checked the addresses were fine, raised a ticket and within a week it was sorted... Have you been in touch since?

It can take up to 14 days for your speed boost to be applied on our end, from when the O2 benefits have been applied. Can you please let us know when your data doubled?
