Hello,
I had been trying to get in touch with no luck, regarding the WIFI Boosters that were included in my VOLT packages.
My flat is small and my office's WIFI does not work at all. Could you please help me with this
I keep phoning and they keep asking me to get on hold but do not answer on the other line.

The pods are free if you are on the Gig1 speed, or on one of the Volt packages, otherwise they are £8 a month.

You need to use the Connect app to perform the Home Scan in the area where the signal is low(est)

Hello I had been trying to do the scan and it keeps telling me "We cant find the Hub", please try installing again. The Hub it is working as I have Wifi. It is a Hub 3

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of any WiFi issues.
For your Apple device, you can try this: Open Settings > Tap your name > Tap iCloud > Tap Manage Settings > Tap the Connect App > Tap Delete Data.
For your Android device, you can try this: Open settings > Apps > Connect App > Storage > Clear data / Clear cache.
Please also remove any VPN's on the device using the app on if there are any.

I've allegedly ordered the Wifi Pods via the online chat last week, although there's still no sign of them yet but it might be an avenue for you to order them that way. Just reply to the chat bot that you have the app and you have no signal, then when you manage to actually chat to someone, say the app isnt working.
