Volts benefits not started

I joines virgin media 3 weeks ago and I have been with O2 for almotst a year but I have not received the Volt benefits.

 

Would you be able to help me?

 I have. It says it is activated on my O2 and I have double data  but not in my virgin media.

Did you join us on a Volt package or did you opt in for the benefits after joining us please?

I  have been with O2 since June and I opted in then in my old house. I moved into a new one with a new package (not the Volt package). I cant opt in again as it says my Volt  benefits have been activated since June but it is not showing up on my new virgin media package. Both O2 and virgin media are billed on the same address.
