Hi, I had my virgin media set up on Friday 22nd September, it was a change over in names, although it goes through as a new set up. When will the virgin volt be added? Also will I need a different hub for it to actually work as we already have the m500 internet? Our O2 is still volted as service stopped in one name the same day it started it my name.

It can take up to 14 working days for Volt benefits to be applied after taking out a service with us. If your speeds are due to be boosted to a higher speed that is not compatible with your current equipment, then we would send you the right equipment.
