Has anyone else had the same issue with virgin media, when renewing contract, switch to volt, after 3 days on the phone and 6 advisors later. Received the SIM card for O2, but no phone number to have it activated.

I got the O2 phone number and welcome mails while on the call with the agent activating Volt. Was pretty smooth.

All the O2 info came directly from them so I’d say if you have a simm then you should be able to contact O2 support directly and not need to go through the VM support team.

Yea have spoken to O2, yet they said number or Ms, or MC number should have been sent fas well

Hi all good news as got it all sorted. Ended up phoning O2 again and the person on the other end well was brilliant,, as got it all sorted. Was able to retrieve the phone number and everything else. All ends well 😃.
