Hi, Like many on here i've had my O2 VOLT benefits applied promptly but my Virgin VOLT benefits just have not come into existence.
I moved to O2 on the 7th of September and have been with Virgin for years.
any advice/help would be great! thanks in advance.

I am sorry to hear you've not had the Benefits applied. I will send you a PM, get some details and raise a Missing Benefits form to the back office team. If successful, they'll apply the benefits within 7 days,
