So I recently signed up for the volt benefits. Made sure all my details have matched on both my O2 and virgin accounts.
I've had a message from O2 and my phone data has been doubled however the broadband speed hasn't changed.
Do I need to do anything to activate it or just wait? It has already been 14 days.
