Like many others posting on here I am having problems  getting the promised benefits from a Volt upgrade

o2 aspect sorted Virgin Media, NOT

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Volt benefits. 

Can you advise how long ago you applied for volt benefits and when this was completed at O2's side?

HI I am still receive any further communication regarding this issue my activation date from o2 was the 07.11.23. PLease Note the main account holder is William Paul along with Janet Paul
