Volt upgrade

Hi all, signed up as this seems to be the place to get help to questions! 

I have recently signed up to broadband from virgin due to the volt benefits of having numerous 02 contracts.

O2 have already added the benefits to my contracts without me having to do anything but nothing from virgin yet.

When am I likely to see the volt speed upgrade applied to my service or do I need to chase this up with virgin?

I am currently on M250 package so speeds should go to M350?

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We're sorry to hear that you've not yet had the Volt benefits added. Can we confirm that both your 02 account and Virgin Media account are registered at the same address?

Hi, yes both at the same address. O2 have added the benefits to my mobile, just the speed upgrade from virgin I am waiting on. Kind regards
