I am upgrading to a TV360 box on the 19th of December and I am a Volt customer, I have noticed on the order that I am getting the Ultimate bundle, being a Volt customer shouldn’t I be getting the Volt ultimate bundle?

Check my post about mis sold upgrade. There clearly is some nasty mi selling practice at VM. Absolte shocking service from them. Customer service is worst Ive ever experienced. Advisors laughing on call, putting you on longest holds ever, SHOCKING!
