Hi guys,

i activated volt around 4 days ago I am yet to hear anything on if it has worked or not.

i am on o2 but my mums name is on the virgin in the o2 app it says that isn’t a problem. Could someone let me know how long it usually takes to activate?

It can take up to 14 days for the benefits to activate, did you receive confirmation of the Volt package being set up?

I haven’t had any confirmation as of you just says on the o2 app that I will get a text from o2 and an email from virgin when it’s activated

Hi,

Yes I got the o2 upgrade yesterday. As of now I’m still waiting on the virgin upgrade from 350m to the next tier.

It has now been 15 days and still no upgrade to my home internet package.

Can you help me sort this out?

it’s been 15 days since I activated volt.

 

o2 have done their part and doubled my data but still nothing from virgin.

Can someone from virgin help me sort this out since it has been over 14 days?
