Volt supercharge not happening

We entered into a new contract on the volts bundle and were promised by the person in chat (we have photos) that we would be given M250 wifi that, upon activating our 02 sim, would boost to M350 wifi.

This change never came so we went onto whatsapp chat to be told by someone who didn't understand us that the supercharge wasn't for the broadband and only the sim even though the salesperson stated very clearly that we would "get M250 wifi that will boost automatically into M350".

We sent the photos of the chat person selling us the package on the fact that we'd get M350 wifi and now we've not heard back from them. 

EDIT: to make things better 🙄 our contract even states that we get M250 wifi as the base speed, yet our package shows as M150 as the base speed. Just absurd.

We've had issue after issue with this and it's getting so frustrating. Could anyone that's been in a similar situation tell us what they did, or can anyone from Virgin help us because selling us a contract on the basis of an upgrade and then turning around after signing to be told that it cant happen is surely wrong. 

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
