Volt speed upgrade to Gig1 not applied as promised. Very disappointed

I have been a customer of VM for many many years either via my partner or myself here.

This particular package i am on has not had the uplift in speed i have read i am entitled to. I read from the o2 site that it should have happed within 14 days of account inception.

Please get this sorted as your customer (offshore) are not particularly helpful or informed.

I am expecting the uplift from the 500Mb/s to Gig 1. i have a Hub5 and could really use what it appears as promised. Very upset at having to make 4 separate calls with the hour due to rude CS staff not having the ability to understand or help
