Hello
I have received my Volt benefits from O2, which doubled my data but I have not had my broadband speed increased. I received my Hub 3 which I self installed. My package is for 350Mb so according to the Volt package info I should get the next level speed, which I think is 500Mb. It is now over 28 days since I installed the Hub 3.
Does it usually take longer than this to receive the speed increase, O2 increased my date on the initial day of starting Volt.

I'm sorry to hear that you're waiting on receiving your Volt upgrade.
If you're already on V350 broadband then this means you are already receiving Volt benefits and as such you wouldn't get a further speed boost.
If the speed you're on is M350 then pop back and let us know and we can take another look at things.

Just checked and it is Volt M350. So what does that mean.

This would indicate that you are already receiving the Volt speed of 350Mb broadband.

Hi,
I'm still waiting for the broadband speed in increase. I have already received double data with my O2 monthly plan but despite almost two months passed by my broadband is still at the same speed sadly. Could you help please.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.
We are very sorry to hear you have not received the speed increase for the Volt package.
Have you provided the details for your Virgin Media account and opted in via your O2 online account?
If so, do the addresses match on both your O2 and Virgin Media account?

Thank you for getting backto me.
I ensured to get all things right on my side before I started here that's why I am really concerned it doesn't work like it should - no speed increase on my Virgin broadband just double data on my O2 mobile plan.
