Hello,
I have Virgin broadband M125 and was switched over to O2 mobile from Virgin mobile. On the 22nd July I got a message from O2 saying my Volt benefits had been applied. I checked my O2 account and they have been. I have waited for the 2 weeks as advised and have not yet had a Volt boost to my Virgin broadband. Both accounts have the same address. I was assuming that I would have had a message from Virgin to let me know they had been applied by now... I also checked on the website, it says I can supercharge my world at my address.... Have I been a doughnut and missed something that I was suppossed to do?
Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Sorry to hear that your Volt benefits have not been applied to your package yet.
I can see on the systems that you have been in touch with us today to discuss this and have a resolution in progress to get this sorted for you.
