Hi I signed new deal yesterday with virgin and it doesn't include the Volt SIM which I'm happy with but the problem I have now is the last deal I had the Volt SIM and the contract for that runs out November 23 so was told yesterday I was to contact 02 regarding cancelling the SIM or to give 30 days notice as don't want to renew a pointless SIM only to be told by o2 they don't deal with that side virgin deal with it . All I want to do is get rid of SIM and the nearly £30 direct debit which it was £25 per month when I signed the contract with virgin 18 months ago now do I get rid of this SIM can virgin help with this as o2 are not helping . Thanks In Advance

Hey @alexander65,
With the Volt packages it may have been ordered by us when signing up for the offer itself, but if you have gone about changing your package this will only change on our side, we are not able to go about changing the SIM as this is not a contract with us but rather a separate one with O2, when you spoke to O2 regarding this did you mention to them that you had removed the Volt services from you package?

Hi @alexander65
Thanks for coming back to us.
I am sorry you've been told that.
As it's a Volt SIM, meaning the cable services is Virgin Media and the SIM is O2, it would be them to cancel it not us.
Best wishes.
