Did anyone else’s contract show a price increase after Volt speed increase was applied? Today I had to ring to get the benefits applied which was done, but when I log in now I’m showing as a new contract at £46 a month when it was originally £26.50 a month? That doesn’t seem right to me unless it will adjust back down in the next few days?
EDIT: Seems there were system issues that prevented it being processed correctly, it has been resolved now.

This has been resolved now with brilliant help from the forum admins. Some issues with the billing were corrected. Thanks very much.
