Can anyone please help?
I have just joined with a new Volt package that includes an unlimited O2 sim card.
I received an email stating that they were having problems with registering the sim and O2 as I already had an existing O2 account with the same email address. I called customer service who informed me to wait for broadband install and then to call back. At that point, spoke to numetous agents, o2 store but no one seems to be able to solve or provide a resolution. My o2 contract is in the last month, ideally just associate this part of the package on existing number to save faffing and number swaps but this isn't landing with call centres and being offered diff options (more expensive and longer term ) but will not be part of the bundle.
Can anyone please help or provide the steps needed to resolve.
