Hi,
I got an O2 sim with Volt benefits last year, on the O2 page it tells me volt benefits have been applied.
These have been applied since 7 November.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem as though anything has changed on the Virgin's side. I've also rebooted the router a few times, The package does not say anything about Volt.
I was told via a Whatsapp chat with Virgin that an engineer was going to look into this, this is now over a month ago and I haven't heard back.
What do I need to do next to get this applied?
