I joined Virgin Media on 04/10/2022. I was already an O2 Mobile customer and the volt benefits were added by O2 on 12/10/2022. It’s been nearly a month now and I am still waiting for Virgin to do this for my broadband account. Why is this taking so long when it’s supposed to be automatic? How do I get this chased up? Thanks.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your Volt benefits being added to the Virgin Media side of things.

I have been a Virgin media and O2 customer since 4th October 2022. O2 applied the volt benefits within 8 days. I'm still waiting for Virgin media to do the same. I've posted the issue on this forum once already, and was promised a pm, but have heard nothing. It seems like a common issue and seems to get resolved once someone else gets involved. Unfortunately that hasn't happened in my case. Could someone please look into this? Thank you.
