Volt not applied to VM broadband

Hi

Not received an email from VM re Volt speed boost since opening new o2 account on 15th Sept. O2 benefits have been applied.  Info says "up to 14 days". How do I get this fixed please?

Can you please confirm what speed you originally signed up for, and what speed you're able to gain when performing  speed test, with the hub in modem mode and using a Cat 6 or above Ethernet cable?

I’ve been on 200Mbps for ages and I get 220 from an Ethernet connection.
