Volt not applied on account

HI, The Volt benefits has not been applied to my VM account yet, O2 applied it 4 weeks ago to my O2 account, I was already a VM customer at the time and took out a new SIM with O2 on the 29th July, O2 enabled volt benefit on my account 9 days later on the 7th Aug, 4 week later not enabled on my VM so I think I will have to chase it up.

We're sorry to hear your Volt upgrade hasn't been processed at this end. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
