Volt not added to account

Purchased virgin and 3 x  O2 phones over a month ago and yet to get Volt added to my account. Not even showing on my O2.

Try going to this link: https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/viewbenefits and see if you can see the option to link to Virginmedia, if not try giving either VM or O2 a call and they should be able to try linking.

Thanks for your input but I have tried both and neither are showing.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear of the delay with the Volt benefits being added, have you checked your O2 benefits since posting? The reason I ask, from a system check the Virgin Media ones have been added since posting 🙂

Let us know if not added on the O2 side and we'll assist further.
