Volt not activated

Hi

My wife recently signed up to an O2 Pay Monthly contract based upon the promise of our broadband speed being increased as part of Volt. She is at the same address as me so all should be well. It has been about a month so hoping someone can check what has happened.

Have you been able to check the My O2 app to see if you have opted in for the boosts?

My wife hadn't opted in as we thought it was automatic. I'll let you know if nothing happens over the next couple of weeks.
