If I knew virgin was going to be this annoying I'd have stuck with Sky! Can't speak to anyone.
We got connected 21st September. Activated volt benefit 3 weeks ago and still nothing.
Who can I speak to to sort this out?!

I have taken a look on our side and it does look as though you have been able to speak with the team regarding this.
Has this all now been resolved for you?
