I'm a virgin broadband customer and I live with my boyfriend who is an o2 mobile customer. He applied for volt benefits well over a month ago, and they were activated for him on the o2 side on the 16th June. We still haven't had the speed upgrade from virgin (200 -> 350Mbps) yet. I've read this is a common issue with activating volt benefits, and I don't have time to go through the phone on this given how long it's taken to sort previous problems.
Can anyone help with this please?
