Volt not activated VM

Hi,

First post here!

I had volt benefits applied and active with O2 3 weeks ago however still not had any confirmation or speed increase from VM.

Any help appreciated.

Re: Volt not activated VM

Hello I had to get in touch with o2 to get them to contact virginmedia for me to get the speed upgrade with 30mins of that it was activated. Although I've had nothing but trouble with my bill since as the upgrade cut off the discount I had. Good luck.

Re: Volt not activated VM

O2 referred me to VM, now VM trying to upgrade my package to Volt200! Can’t seem to get it sorted.

Re: Volt not activated VM

Hi @Jgrahamclare thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your difficulties getting your Volt upgrade.

So if you already had a SIM Card with O2 prior to the Volt benefits being applied, this is something you must go through O2 with. Once they've processed the activation on their side, it usually takes about 14 days for you to receive the speed boost on our side.

When you contacted O2, what was their reasoning for them to direct you to us?

Many thanks
