Hi guys is the nexflix log in the same as account log in? 

Can you use Netflix in the TV app  ?  Of needs to be in the 360?

 

I have old home plugs. Are there upgrades in volt package?

Hey Swf, thank you for reaching out today, if you are trying to activate your Netflix you will need to go on your online account go to the Netflix tab and click activate. 

You can login from the 360 app.

We also have some new WIFI pods you can find out more about here 

The best way to get a pod order is download the Virgin Connect app, from here do a scan.

If the scan picks up that you need a pod it will allow you to order some.

However they can be chargeable depending what package you on.

They are free on Volt, 1GB or Oomph bundles.

We're sorry to see this confusion with how to activate your Netflix subscription.
Please. follow the steps below to do this:

 

  1. Sign in to My Virgin Media at virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media
  2. Under the Netflix section, you should be able to see an Activate button
  3. Click the Activate button to complete registration and follow the instructions presented within My Virgin Media


    Let us know if the above works for you, if not give us a shout and we'll be eager to assist further.

If the above works I would be very surprised , you will find hundreds of posts here saying it dosen't !!

What you need is an activation email ( from streamingservices) which is the only option that seems to work. Unfortunately even though it is SEVEN MONTHS since VM first encountered the problem of sending it there are still issues with this that involve a long wait for it ( just read some of the many thousand posts on the subject)

Where is the nexflix option please.  Exactly? 

Can you give directions and a www. Address ?  

 

I have one box that says entrainment but nothing to activate in there.   Pls advise.   I'd also be happy for you to just add the £13.99 monthly credit please.  I'd personally prefer that.  Thanks

Can I ask if you received an email at all when you joined with us that gave advise on how to connect your Netflix to your account?
