Volt for second family member rejected.

Tuning in

Hello,

I am a Virgin Media customer and recently me and my wife both switched from Three to O2 as we were told we could both benefit from Volt. So we would get the data/speed on our sim contracts/our Broadband doubled twice. I was successful in signing up and received confirmation, but my wife was given a message on her O2 app saying she'a not eligible. My name is on the VM contract, but she put in the same address for that contract and I was led to believe this would work.

Please can you assist.

Many thanks,

Luke

Ignore the message  It has caused great confusion. She should get the benefit in around 14 days  If not
