Still not had my speed boost following switch over from 02, just keep going round in circles, how can I get my speed boost??

Hi @Skiv1888 thanks for your post here although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

How long has it been since your switchover to O2, as it can take up to 14 days to get the benefits following a switch.

Can you confirm please how long it has been since you ported over to O2?
