Volt double broadband speed not applied

Hi, I have both o2 contract and VM Broadband, however I am not getting double data, can you assist please.

You should have the VOLT benefits applied by now so best call customer services to have them added.
I think the billing address for both needs to be exactly the same to count. Sometimes the addresses may differ in format slightly so check on my O2 and My Virgin apps to see if they are different.
