Volt - double broadband speed - no action 15 days later

We've been eligible for Volt benefits for some time and Virgin recognised this when they finally fixed our wifi.

O2 sent a welcome message the next day

15 days later - still nothing from Virgin.  Is this the level of service I should expect?
