Hi, I have Virgin broadband and get volt benefits because i have o2 sim. If i cancel Virgin broadband and keep the sim as it is would i loose the benefits on my sim or do they stay active?

Thanks for posting in regards to your package, Volt and cancelling. We appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

In regards to your query, cancelling the Virgin Media services would remove the Volt benefits but you would still keep them on the O2 services if you kept them active.
