Volt broadband upgrade benefits not applied

I am a long-standing VM customer and you moved my plan to O2.  As part of that move, you said that you would be upgrading my broadband by one level (i.e. to Gig1).  I note that my volt benefits are active on my O2 account and have made sure that both addresses are the same on VM and O2 sites.

Despite that, I still appear to be on my old broadband speed and volt benefits do not appear to have been applied to my VM account.

Please can someone look into this and let me know when I will receive the upgrade; it's now more than 14 days since I was moved to O2.
