Hi,
How does the Volt broadband speed boost work when you're already with Virgin Media and O2 and take out a new contract with Virgin Media?
Would that new contract get a speed boost to the next available level? So if I took out the M500 Fibre Broadband contract as a Virgin Media and O2 customer would I get a speed boost to the next available level which would be the Gig1 Fibre Broadband?

Hi Sohail, welcome back to the community! Thank you for posting.
Here's our handy help and information page for VOLT if ever heeded.
When taking out a VOLT package for the first time, you are automatically upgraded to the Next speed of broadband.
If you were previously an M500 broadband customer, and you have taken out a VOLT package you would indeed be upgraded to VOLT gig1.
Have you recently upgraded?
Are you awaiting a speed upgrade following the package change? (IE, are you experiencing lower speeds than expected?)
It can take a few days for the systems to update and for your speeds to go up after moving to a VOLT package.
