Volt broadband speed boost not yet applied

My virgin mobile sim was migrated over to O2 back on 10th July, with the volt benefits being activated on the O2 side on 28th July, but as of yet I've had no update on when the broadband speed boost will be applied (unsure if this is just due to a delay or if it's just not been actioned yet as it'll mean a new hub will need to be sent out to facilitate the speed boost).  Is anyone able to shed any light on how to get this sorted please?

Sorry to hear of the speed uplift not being added to your Virgin Media account, as per the Volt benefits.
