I have been a Virgin Broadband customer since 2015 and recently ordered a pay monthly sim from O2 on the 15th of December 2022.
Volt has been activated on my O2 account on the 23 December so I have double the data but I have yet to receive the Broadband speed upgrade from M500 - 1GB.
- Volt activated and applied to O2 sim since 23 dec 22. All is fine from O2 side
- MyO2 account and VM account same account holder name and address
- Waited the 14 days+ and still not active
- Checked router status and still showing M500 speed
Could someone look into this for me please.
