Hi yet again , this morning I have received an email welcoming me to o2 , I have been with them for a week , but as yet I have not had my broadband boosted by virgin , why the delay, surly it could have been done when virgin transferred me to o2 , plus , no one has told me when it will happen and what speed boost I will get , I assume I will be boosted to 100 mb as I am on 50 mb , any one able to help please .

Hi @John2021 

Your Volt benefits should be added automatically within 14 days.  If they haven't been boosted after 14 days then you'll need to get in touch again.
