Volt benefits

Hi 

i joined virgin and o2 have activated the volt extra and applied it on their end. I have attached the confirmation its added. Can someone please help me add the volt to my VM so i can get the extra speed and order the pods as my wifi in some rooms is under 20speed. Please can someone help me have this activated on my account asap much appreciated. I have disabilities and have devices that help me and cant use due to the wifi speeds in my rooms.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your Volt benefits being added, it can take up to 14 days for your Volt benefits to be automatically added to your Virgin Media account after being triggered via your O2 account, we hope it can be done for you much sooner but it can take up to 14 days for them to be fully added on our side, when did you add your benefits via My O2?
