Volt benefits????

So, Im a long time virginmedia customer and now an O2 customer. I have received an email saying Volt benefits are active but no offer of double broadband speed. im not aware of having any other volt benefits.

There is nothing on Your Virginmedia app

 

And only a page that says benefits may have been applied on O2 app.

Any clues? Why make the offer then make it so difficult.

When you get this email it can take up to 14 days to apply on the account so please don't worry.

Couple of months later and no change.

Thank you for reaching back out, sorry to hear you still don't have your Volt Benefits, have you signed into your O2 Account and made sure it has been registered and showing that you have Virgin services and that both are connected to the same address.

Clearly you are not reading everything.

Yes volt is active, everything is registered as it should be. Data is doubled on mobile account. The only thing that is missing is any offer of doubling broadband speed on virginmedia.

Having done some research I am not alone in this situation.
