Have this message in volt benefits stating
Looks like you have cancelled your O2 contract but you have still got your volt broadband benefits.
I haven't cancelled O2 contract as I have only just signed up with them and my first bill is due 5/4/23.
How can I correct this as I cannot speak to anyone on the phone.

We're sorry to hear you're getting this message. If you've recently upgraded or changed your plan then this message can appear but it should disappear on it's own.
Please ensure when logging in to your online O2 account here that it shows you've opted in to Volt. As long as it does, and the O2 account is registered to the same address as your Virgin Media then you won't lose any Volt benefits.
