  • I’ve not had anything from virgin since joining regards my extra I can’t work out how to contact them to get more info, driving me nuts I want to speak to a human😡. If someone could point me in the right direction?

Hi @scatts028, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your Volt benefits.

Can you provide some further information please, what's happening please? Do you have an O2 SIM pay monthly plan, is this at the same address your Virgin Media services are at?

Thank you @scatts028 do you have a SIM with O2 that is now active? If so have you registered for Volt via the O2 app? 

 

Can you elaborate on what extra's you are missing?
