I was wondering if anyone could help me. I've had virgin for just over a year now. I have an o2 mobile and I'm still waiting on volt. I've checked my Mom's account and for some reason it's showing she has volt and she doesn't have an o2 mobile. I moved out around 16 months ago so I don't understand what's going on. I've phoned o2 and virgin about 6 months ago if not longer and they said I'd have volt yet I'm still waiting for it.
