Volt benefits not being applied

Hello

I've been with Virgin Media for quite a while and took an O2 contract out on 17th October. On My O2 it says that the benefits have been applied or unavailable, and having looked at the guide here I checked that  the addresses match up between my accounts. Should I have heard something by now from either O2 or Virgin?
