Volt benefits not applied

Hi, I recently moved into my new home over a month ago and had been a 02 customer for a year prior. 

I was told to wait a week before applying for Volt upgrades, which work on my 02 phone but not on my broadband package, which still shows M350 instead of M500. I was told it would be boosted, too. I have checked through the 02 pages, and it says it has been applied, but on the virgin media side, I'm still missing this even though I've waited over a month.
