Volt benefits not applied

Hi

Some months ago i applied for the Volt benefits through O2.  The benefit to my o2 account has been applied however the benefit to my Virgin broadband has not. I have tried to contact o2 about this but they just keep saying there busy and cut me off the conversation saying try again later. 

Can anyone help!!
